Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

     Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Shipping costs can vary depending on the items ordered and materials needed to ship said items. Customer will be aware of the shipping cost after an order is placed (via email) and customer will provide payment for it before the items are shipped. 

 

     Shipping is only provided to the United States for the time being.

     Please note it could take up to three weeks from purchase date for items to be shipped, not accounting for the actual shipping time which can vary. As soon as the items have shipped, the customer will be updated and provided a tracking number.

As a reminder, orders are currently taken both in person and through email while I work to get an online store built on my website.

Return & Exchange Policy

     Without my supportive customers, I wouldn't be able to do this! Creating things that bring me joy AND being able to make extra income doing so is such a dream - and it is only possible because of YOU! 

 

REFUNDS:

     Your opinion matters and I care about making sure my customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you're unhappy with a purchase please email me within two weeks of receiving the product detailing the concern and a full refund will be made within reason.

     If you submit a request after two weeks from receiving your product, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

     I am currently working on my return & exchange policy. For the time being, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. If a product is not up to par, please send me an email detailing your concerns and a refund will be considered within reason as stated above.
